Section 1232(a) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3832(a)) is amended— (1) by redesignating paragraphs (5) through (1 0 ) as para- graphs (6) through (11), respectively; and (2) by inserting after paragraph (4) the following new para- graph: ‘‘(5) to undertake management on the land as needed throughout the term of the contract to implement the conserva- tion plan;’’. 16USC38 31 a.
