SEC.7103 .S P EC IALTY C RO PCO M MITTEE REPORT. Section 1408A(c) of the National Agricultural Research, Exten- sion, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3123a(c)) is amended by adding at the end the following
‘‘(4) Analyses of changes in macroeconomic conditions, tech- nologies, and policies on specialty crop production and consump- tion, with particular focus on the effect of those changes on the financial stability of producers. ‘‘(5) D evelopment of data that provide applied information useful to specialty crop growers, their associations, and other interested beneficiaries in evaluating that industry from a regional and national perspective.’’. 7USC312 3 note.
