D E PARTM E N T OF A G R I C UL TURE CONFERENCE TRANS - PARENC Y . (a) REPORT.— (1) RE QU IREMENT.— N ot later than September 30 of each year, the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to the Com- mittee on Agriculture of the H ouse of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate, a report on conferences sponsored or held by the Department of Agriculture or attended by employees of the Department of Agriculture. (2) CONTENTS.—Each report under paragraph (1) shall con- tain— (A) for each conference sponsored or held by the Department or attended by employees of the Department— (i) the name of the conference; (ii) the location of the conference; (iii) the number of Department of Agriculture employees attending the conference; and (iv) the costs (including travel e x penses) relating to such conference; and (B) for each conference sponsored or held by the Department of Agriculture for which the Department 7USC2 2 5 5 b.39 USC 3 0 0 1 .
