12 2 STA T . 1 84 8 PUBLIC LA W 11 0– 24 6—J U NE 18 , 2008 undera n i n t ernati o na l a g ree m ent entered into by t h e c ountry o f e xp ort and the U nited S tate s; and ‘ ‘ ( ii ) consistent w ith the export charge determina - tions published by the Under Secretary for I nter- national T rade pursuant to section 805 (b) .‘ ‘ SEC.804 .SC OP EO F SOF TW OO DLUMB E RI MPORTER DECL A RATIO N PRO G RAM. ‘‘(a) PRODUCTS I N C L UD E D I N PRO G R AM . — The following products shall be sub j ect to the importer declaration program established under section 80 3: ‘‘( 1 ) IN GENERAL.— A ll softwood lumber and softwood lumber products classified under subheading 4 40 7 .10.00 , 440 9 .10.10, 4409.10. 2 0, or 4409.10.90 of the H TS, including the following softwood lumber, flooring, and siding: ‘‘(A) C oniferous wood, sawn or chipped lengthwise, sliced or peeled, whether or not planed, sanded, or finger- jointed, of a thic k ness exceeding 6 millimeters. ‘‘( B ) Coniferous wood siding (including strips and frie z es for par q uet flooring, not assembled) continuously shaped (tongued, groo v ed, rabbeted, chamfered, v-jointed, beaded, molded, rounded, or the like) along any of its edges or faces, whether or not planed, sanded, or finger- jointed. ‘‘(C) O ther coniferous wood (including strips and friezes for parquet flooring, not assembled) continuously shaped (tongued, grooved, rabbeted, chamfered, v-jointed, beaded, molded, rounded, or the like) along any of its edges or faces (other than wood moldings and wood dowel rods) whether or not planed, sanded, or finger-jointed. ‘‘( D ) Coniferous wood flooring (including strips and friezes for parquet flooring, not assembled) continuously shaped (tongued, grooved, rabbeted, chamfered, v-jointed, beaded, molded, rounded, or the like) along any of its edges or faces, whether or not planed, sanded, or finger- jointed. ‘‘( E ) Coniferous drilled and notched lumber and angle cut lumber. ‘‘(2) PRODUCTS CONTINUALL Y S H A P ED.—Any product classi- fied under subheading 4409.10.05 of the HTS that is continually shaped along its end or side edges. ‘‘(3) OTHER LUM B ER PRODUCTS.—Except as otherwise pro- vided in subsection (b) or (c), softwood lumber products that are stringers, radius-cut box-spring frame components, fence pickets, truss components, pallet components, and door and window frame parts classified under subheading 4418.90.46.95, 4421.90.70.40, or 4421.90.97.40 of the HTS. ‘‘(b) PRODUCTS E X CLUDED F ROM PROGRAM.—The following prod- ucts shall be excluded from the importer declaration program estab- lished under section 803: ‘‘(1) Trusses and truss kits, properly classified under sub- heading 4418.90 of the HTS. ‘‘(2) I-joist beams. ‘‘(3) Assembled box-spring frames. ‘‘(4) Pallets and pallet kits, properly classified under sub- heading 4415.20 of HTS. ‘‘(5) G arage doors. 19USC 1 683b.
