LOAN F U N D SET - ASIDES. (a)INVE N TORYSAL E SP RE F EREN C ES .— S ection3 3 5 (c) o f t h e C on s o l i d ated F a rm and Ru ral D e v elo p ment A ct( 7U .S.C. 198 5(c)) is amended— (1) in para g raph (1)— (A) in su b paragraph ( B )— (i) in the subparagraph heading , b y inserting ‘ ‘

(b) L OAN F U ND SET-ASIDES.—Section 3 4 6(b)(2) of such Act (7 U.S.C. 1994(b)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A)— (A) in clause (i)— (i) in subclause (I), by striking ‘‘7 0 percent’’ and inserting ‘‘an amount that is not less than 75 percent of the total amount’’; and (ii) in subclause (II)— (I) in the subclause heading, by inserting ‘‘; J OINT FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS’’ after ‘‘ P AYMENT LOANS’’;
