N ot l ater than 6 months after the date of enactment of this A ct , the S ecretary of T ransportation and the Attorney G eneral shall enter into a memorandum of understanding to delineate the specific roles and responsibilities of the D epartment of Transpor- tation and the Department of J ustice, respectively, in enforcing the compliance of motor carriers of passengers providing transpor- tation by an over-the-road bus ( as defined in section 13 1 02 of title 49 , U nited States C ode )w ith the accessibility re q uirements established by the Secretary under subpart H of part 3 7 of title 49, Code of F ederal R egulations, or such successor regulations to those accessibility requirements as the Secretary may issue.
