( F ) ELEMENTAR Y AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT OF 196 5 .—The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6301 et seq.) is amended— (i) in section 3301(3) (20 U.S.C. 7011(3)), by striking ‘‘the Tribally Controlled College or University Assistance Act of 1978’’ and inserting ‘‘the Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities Assistance Act of 1978’’; and (ii) in section 7134(b)(1)(A) (20 U.S.C. 7454(b)(1)(A)), by striking ‘‘the Tribally Controlled Col- lege or University Assistance Act of 1978’’ and inserting ‘‘the Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities Assistance Act of 1978’’.
