$64,085,000 shall be for procurement, to remain available until September 30, 2011, of which no less than $26,428,000 shall be for the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program to assist State and local governments; and $288,881,000, to remain available until September 30, 2010, shall be for research, develop- ment, test and evaluation, of which $283,219,000 shall only be for the Assembled Chemical W eapons Alternatives (ACWA) pro- gram.
