(a) P U RPOSES.—Subsection (a)(1) of section 3001 of the Emer- gency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense and for the Reconstruction of Iraq and Afghanistan, 2004 (Public La w 10 8– 106; 117 Stat. 1234–1238; 5 U.S.C. App., note to section 8 G of Public Law 9 5–452) is amended by striking ‘‘to the Iraq Relief and Reconstruction Fund’’ and inserting ‘‘for the reconstruction of Iraq’’. (b) ASSISTANT INSPECTORS GENERAL.—Subsection (d)(1) of such section is amended by striking ‘‘the Iraq Relief and Reconstruction Fund’’ and inserting ‘‘amounts appropriated or otherwise made available for the reconstruction of Iraq’’.
