(B) P ROVIS IO N SO FLAW . —T he provisions of law referred to in subparagraph ( A ) are the following

(i) Section 123 3. (ii) Any other provision of law under which pay- ments are authori z ed to reimburse key cooperating nations for logistical, military, or other support pro- vided by that nation to or in connection with United States military operations. (2) M A T T E RS TO B EIN C L UD ED.— E ach notification re q uired under paragraph (1) shall include an itemized description of the following support provided by Pakistan to the United States for which the United States will provide reimbursement: (A) L ogistic support, supplies, and services, as such term is defined in section 23 50 (1) of title 10, United States C ode. (B) Military support. (C) Any other support or services. (3) F OR M .—Each notification required under paragraph (1) shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified anne x . ( 4 ) R ELATIONS H I P TO OTHER NOTIFICATION RE Q UIREMENTS.— Each notification required under paragraph (1) shall be in addition to any notification requirements under any provision of law described in subparagraph (B) of such paragraph. (5) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The requirement to submit notifica- tions under paragraph (1) shall apply with respect to reimburse- ments to the G overnment of Pakistan for logistical, military, or other support provided by Pakistan to the United States during the period beginning on February 1, 200 8 , and ending on September 30, 200 9 . SEC.123 3. R E IMBU RSEME NTOF CERT A IN COA L ITION NATIONS FOR SU P PORT PRO V I D ED TO UNITED STATES MILITAR Y OPERATIONS. (a) AUTHORIT Y .—From funds made available for the Depart- ment of Defense by section 1508 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide activities, the Secretary of Defense may reimburse any key cooperating nation for logistical and military support pro- vided by that nation to or in connection with United States military operations in O peration I raqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom. (b) AMOUNTS OF REIMBURSEMENT.— (1) IN G ENERAL.—Reimbursement authorized by subsection (a) may be made in such amounts as the Secretary of Defense, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State and in consulta- tion with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, may determine, based on documentation determined by the Secretary of Defense to adequately account for the support provided. (2) STANDARDS.— N ot later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall Deadlin e .Ap pli c a b ili ty .
