(a) I N G ENERAL.—Section 1 2 3 (c) of title 28 ,U nited States Code, is amended— (1) in p ara g raph (1)— (A) by inserting ‘‘ D yer,’’ after ‘‘Decatur,’’
and ( B ) in the last sentence by inserting ‘‘and Dyersburg’’ after ‘‘Jac k son’’; and (2) in paragraph (2)— (A) by striking ‘‘Dyer,’’; and (B) in the second sentence, by striking ‘‘and Dyersburg’’.
