Effective for the budget of the P resident submitted to Congress under section 1105(a) of title 31, U nited S tates Code, for fiscal year 2011 and for each fiscal year thereafter, the Secretary of Defense shall ensure that a separate, dedicated procurement line item is designated for each of the following elements of the Future Combat Systems program (in this section referred to as ‘ ‘FCS ’ ’), to the extent the budget includes funding for such elements: (1) FCS Manned G round V ehicles.
