(1) For military construction pro j ects inside the U nited States authorized by subsection (a), $3 6 ,600,000. (2) For military construction projects outside the United States authorized by subsection (b), $60,400,000. (3) For architectural and engineering services and construc - tion design under section 2807 of title 10, United States Code, $1,427,000. SEC.2904 . AUTHORIZ E D DE F E N SEA G ENCIES CONSTRUCTION AND L AND AC Q UISITION P RO J ECTS. (a) INSI DE THE UNITED STATES.—Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in subsection (b)(1), the Secretary of Defense may acquire real property and carry out the military construction project for the installations or locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table:
