(c) FISCAL Y EAR 2008 FISSILE MATERIALS DIS P OSITION PRO G RA M FUNDS DEFINED.— I n this section, the term ‘ ‘fiscal year 2008 Fissile Materials Disposition program funds ’ ’ means amounts authorized to be appropriated by section 3101(a)(2) and available for the Fissile Materials Disposition program. SEC.31 1 5 . MODIF IC AT IO N OF L IMITATIONS ON A V AILA B ILIT Y OF F U NDS FO RW ASTE TREATMENT AND IMMOBILI Z ATION P LANT. Paragraph (2) of section 3120(a) of the John W arner N ational Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 200 7 (Public L aw 109 – 3 64; 120 S tat. 2510) is amended— (1) by stri k ing ‘‘the Defense Contract Management Agency has recommended for acceptance’’ and inserting ‘‘an inde- pendent entity has reviewed’’; and (2) by inserting ‘‘and that the system has been certified by the Secretary for use by a construction contractor at the Waste T reatment and Immobilization Plant’’ after ‘‘Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant’’. SEC. 311 6 . MODIFICATION OF SUNSET DATE OF T H E OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN OF THE ENER G Y EMPLOYEES OCCUPA - TIONAL ILLNESS COMPENSATION PROGRAM. Section 3686(g) of the E nergy Employees O ccupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 (42 U.S.C. 7385s–15(g)) is amended by striking ‘‘on the date that is 3 years after the date of the enactment of this section’’ and inserting ‘‘October 28, 2012’’. SEC. 311 7 . TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS. The Atomic Energy Defense Act (50 U.S.C. 2521 et seq.) is amended as follows
(1) The heading of section 4204a (50 U.S.C. 2524a) is amended to read as follows: ‘ ‘SEC. 420 4A. RELIABLE REPLACEMENT WARHEAD PROGRAM. ’ ’. (2) The table of contents for that Act is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 4204 the following new item: ‘ ‘ Sec.420 4 A . R e liab le Re p lace m e ntW a rh ea d pr og ram. ’ ’.
