and (II) expenditures made by individual agricul - tural producers in any Federal commodity or con- servation program. ( D ) C OM P LIANCE W I T H STATE LAW.—The S ecretary , in carrying out this subsection, shall comply with applicable O regon State water law. (E) PROHI B ITION ON HOLDING TITLE.—The Federal G overnment shall not hold title to any facility rehabilitated or constructed under this subsection. (F) PROHIBITION ON OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.— The Federal Government shall not be responsible for the operation and maintenance of any facility constructed or rehabilitated under this subsection. ( 3 ) RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER LAW.—Activities funded under this subsection shall not be considered a supplemental or addi- tional benefit under Federal reclamation law (the Act of J une 17 ,1 9 0 2 (32 Stat. 3 8 8, chapter 1093), and Acts supplemental to and amendatory of that Act ( 4 3 U .S.C. 371 et se q .)). (4) AUTHORI Z ATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—There is author- ized to be appropriated to the Secretary to pay the Federal share of the costs of activities authorized under this subsection $6 ,000,000. (5) SUNSET.—The authority of the Secretary to carry out any provisions of this subsection shall terminate 10 years after the date of the enactment of this subsection. (c) L ITTLE BUTTE / BEAR CREE K SUBBASINS, OREGON, WATER RESOURCE STUD Y .— (1) AUTHORIZATION.—The Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Reclamation, may participate in the Water for Irrigation, Streams and the Economy Pro j ect water management feasibility study and environmental impact state- ment in accordance with the ‘ ‘ M emorandum of Agreement Between City of Medford and Bureau of Reclamation for the Water for Irrigation, Streams, and the Economy Project ’ ’, dated July 2, 2004. (2) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.— (A) IN GENERAL.—There is authorized to be appro- priated to the Bureau of Reclamation $500,000 to carry out activities under this subsection. (B) N ON-FEDERAL SHARE.— (i) IN GENERAL.—The non-Federal share shall be 50 percent of the total costs of the Bureau of Reclama- tion in carrying out paragraph (1). (ii) FORM.—The non-Federal share required under clause (i) may be in the form of any in- k ind services that the Secretary of the Interior determines would contribute substantially toward the conduct and
