C . 113 7 5) , as so redesignated by section 1201(3) of this division, is amended by adding at the end the follo w ing new sub- section
‘‘(f) P ARTICI P ATION IN HM I S.—The Secretary shall ensure that recipients of funds under this subtitle ensure the consistent partici- pation by emergency shelters and homelessness prevention and rehousing programs in any applicable community-wide homeless management information system.’’. SEC. 120 4 .A D MINISTRATI V E PROVISION. Section 41 8 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11378) is amended by stri k ing ‘‘5 percent’’ and inserting ‘‘7.5 percent’’. SEC. 120 5 .GAOST U DY OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEES. N ot later than the expiration of the 12-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of this division, the Comptroller G eneral of the United States shall— (1) conduct a study to examine the appropriate administra- tive costs for administering the program authori z ed under sub- title B of title IV of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11371 et se q .); and (2) submit to Congress a report on the findings of the study required under paragraph (1).
