CON V E YA NCE O FR EA LP ROPERTY IN G ALVESTON , TE X AS, TO GALVESTON H ISTORICAL FO U N D ATION. (a)CONVEYA N C E .—Notl at er t h a n90d a ys a f ter the date of ena c t m ent of th i s A ct , the Administrator of G eneral S er v ices shall offer to convey, b y qu itclaim deed, to the Galveston H istorical F oundation all ri g ht, title, and interest of the U nited States in and to the p arcel of real property located at 5 0 2 20th Street in Galveston, T e x as, including the improvements thereon. (b) CON SID E R A T ION.—As consideration for conveyance of the parcel under subsection (a), the Administrator shall require the Galveston Historical Foundation to pay to the Administrator the fair mar k et value of the parcel, as determined based on an appraisal that is acceptable to the Administrator. (c) COSTS O F CONVEYANCE.—The Galveston Historical Founda - tion shall be responsible for the costs of an appraisal conducted under subsection (b) and for all other costs related to the convey- ance. (d) P ROCEEDS.— ( 1 ) D E P OSIT.—Any proceeds received under subsection (b) shall be paid into the Federal B uildings Fund established under section 592 of title 4 0, United States Code. (2) EX PENDIT U RE.—Amounts paid into the Federal Buildings Fund under paragraph (1) shall be available to the Administrator, in amounts specified in appropriations Acts, for expenditure for any la w ful purpose consistent with existing authorities granted to the Administrator, except that the Administrator shall provide to the Committee on Transpor- tation and I nfrastructure of the House of R epresentatives and the Committee on Environment and Public W orks of the Senate 3 0 days advance written notice of any expenditure of the pro- ceeds.
