(1) The total amount authorized to be appropriated under paragraphs (1) and (2) of subsection (a). (2) $95,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for an aviation task force complex, Phase I at Fort Wainwright, Alaska). (3) $25,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(b) of the Military Construction Authoriza- tion Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (division B of Public Law 110– 181; 122 Stat. 505) for construction of a brigade complex oper- ations support facility at V icenza, Italy. (4) $26,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(b) of the Military Construction Authoriza- tion Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (division B of Public Law 110– 181; 122 Stat. 505) for construction of a brigade complex oper- ations support facility at Vicenza, Italy. (c) LIMITATION ON IM P LEMENTATION OF TROOP TRAINEE BAR- RAC K S PROJECTS.—The Secretary of the Army may not enter into an award of a project for any troop trainee barracks authorized under section 2101(a) until the Secretary submits to the congres- sional defense committees a report that includes the following: (1) Within the amounts authorized to be appropriated under subsection (a), a list of the proposed projects. (2) A Military Construction D ata Sheet for each project. (3) A certification that the projects can be awarded in the year for which the appropriation of funds is made.
