(1) The total amount authorized to be appropriated under paragraphs (1) and (2) of subsection (a). (2) $187,294,000 (the balance of the amount authorized by section 2401(b) for the hospital replacement, Guam). (3) $820,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized in the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2009 (Public Law 111– 32) for the Utah D ata Center, Camp W illiams, Utah). (4) $879,025,000 (the balance of the amount authorized by section 2401(a) for the hospital replacement phase I , Fort Bliss, Texas). (5) $290,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized by section 2401(a) of the M ilitary Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Y ear 2009 (division B of Public Law 110–417; 122 Stat. 4689) for the USAM R IID replacement facility at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland). (6) $47,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized by section 2401(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (division B of Public Law 110–181; 122 Stat. 521), as modified by section 2406(a) of this Act, for the replacement of fuel storage facilities at Point Loma Annex, California). (c) A V AILA B ILIT Y OF FUN D S FOR E NER G Y CONSERVATION PROJECTS OF RESERVE COM P ONENTS.— O f the amount authorized to be appropriated by subsection (a)(6) for energy conservation projects under chapter 173 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of Defense shall reserve a portion of the amount for energy conservation projects for the reserve components in an amount that is not less than an amount that bears the same proportion to the total amount authorized to be appropriated as the total q uantity of energy consumed by reserve facilities (as defined in section 18232(2) of such title) during fiscal year 2009 bears to the total quantity of energy consumed by all military installations (as defined in section 2687(e)(1) of such title) during that fiscal year, as determined by the Secretary. SEC.2405 . T E RMINA TI O NORMO D I F ICATION OF A U T H ORIT Y TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCA L YEAR 200 9P RO J ECTS. (a) TERMINATION.—Section 2401(b) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (division B of Public Law 110–417; 122 Stat. 4690) is amended by stri k ing the table relating to the Missile Defense Command. (b) MODIFICATION.—The table relating to the Defense Logistics Agency in such section is amended in the item relating to Souda Bay, Greece, by striking ‘ ‘$8,000,000 ’ ’ in the amount column and inserting ‘‘$32,000,000’’. 12 2 Sta t .469 1.
