(a) IN G ENERAL.—Funds are hereby authorized to be appro- priated for fiscal years beginning after September 3 0, 200 9 , for the costs of acquisition, architectural and engineering services, and construction of facilities for the Guard and Reserve Forces, and for contributions therefor, under chapter 18 03 of title 10, United States C ode (including the cost of acquisition of land for those facilities), in the following amounts: (1) For the D epartment of the Army, for the Army N ational Guard of the United States, $ 582,056,000. (2) For the Department of the Army, for the Army Reserve, $ 4 31,566,000. (3) For the Department of the Navy, for the Navy and M arine Corps Reserve, $125,8 7 4,000.
