EXECUTI V E RESIDENCE AT THE WHITE HOUSE OPERATIN G EXPENSES For the care, maintenance, repair and alteration, refurnishing, improvement, heating, and lighting, including electric power and fixtures, of the Executive Residence at the White House and official entertainment expenses of the President, $13,838,000, to be expended and accounted for as provided by 3 U.S.C. 105, 109, 110, and 112 – 114.
