$95,000,000 for the Drug-Free Commu- nities Program, of which $2,000,000 shall be made available as directed by section 4 of Public Law 10 7 –82, as amended by Public Law 109–469 (21 U .S.C. 1521 note); $1,000,000 for the National Drug Court Institute; $10,000,000 for the United States Anti-Doping Agency for anti-doping activities; $1,900,000 for the United States membership dues to the W orld Anti-Doping Agency; $1,250,000 for the National Alliance for M odel State Drug Laws; and $250,000 for evaluations and research related to National Drug Control Pro- gram performance measures, which may be transferred to other Federal departments and agencies to carry out such activities. UNANTICIPATED NEEDS For expenses necessary to enable the President to meet unanticipated needs, in furtherance of the national interest, secu- rity, or defense which may arise at home or abroad during the current fiscal year, as authorized by 3 U.S.C. 108, $1,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2011. PARTNERSHIP FUND FOR PROGRAM INTEGRIT Y INNO V ATION (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) For the Partnership Fund for Program Integrity Innovation, $37,500,000, to remain available until September 30, 2012, which may be used for grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and administrative costs of carrying out Partnership Fund for Program Integrity Innovation pilot projects: Provided, That these funds shall be transferred by the Director of the Office of Management and B udget to appropriate agencies to carry out pilot projects and to Notif i ca tio ns.De a dl ines.
