(e) M I DD L E E A ST PEA C E.—Funds appropriated by this Act should be made available in a manner to further peace in the Middle East between Israelis and Palestinians. (f) W EST B AN K AND GA Z A.— (1) Of the funds appropriated by titles III and IV of this Act, $502,900,000 shall be made available for assistance for the West Ban k and Gaza. (2) The reporting requirements contained in section 1404 of Public Law 110–242 shall apply to funds made available by this Act, including a description of modifications, if any, to the security strategy of the Palestinian Authority. (3) The reporting requirements regarding the United Nations Relief and Works Agency contained in the j oint e x planatory statement accompanying the Supplemental Appro- priations Act, 2009 (Public Law 111–32, H ouse Report 111– 151) under the heading ‘‘Migration and Refugee Assistance’’ in title X I shall apply to funds made available by this Act under such heading. IRAN SANCTIONS SEC. 7043. (a) USE O F F U NDS.—It is the policy of the United States to seek to prevent Iran from achieving the capability to produce or otherwise manufacture nuclear weapons, including by supporting international diplomatic efforts to halt Iran’s uranium enrichment program, and the President should fully implement and enforce the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996, as amended (Public Ap p licab ili ty.
