EDUCATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES For necessary expenses in carrying out science and engineering education and human resources programs and activities pursuant to the National Science Foundation Act of 1950, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1861–1875), including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, authorized travel, and rental of conference rooms in the D istrict of Columbia, $845,260,000, to remain available until Sep- tember 30, 2010: Provided further, That not less than $55,000,000 shall be available until expended for activities authorized by section 7030 of Public Law 110–69.
