Udall Scholarship and Excellence in National Environmental Policy T rust Fund, pursuant to the Morris K. Udall Scholarship and Excellence in National Environ- mental and Native American Public Policy Act of 1992 (20 U.S.C. 5 6 01 et seq.), $3,750,000, to remain available until expended, of which up to $50,000 shall be used to conduct financial audits pursuant to the Accountability of Tax Dollars Act of 2002 (Public L aw 107 – 289) notwithstanding sections 8 and 9 of Public Law 102–259
