SEC. 305. The signature pages submitted by Heart Butte School District in P ondera County, M ontana, as part of its application for I mpact Aid under title V III of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 19 6 5, shall be considered to have been timely and complete for purposes of receiving funding under such program for fiscal year 2 009. SEC. 306. The O utlying Areas may consolidate funds received under this Act as well as any remaining funds received under the Department of Education Appropriations Act, 2008, pursuant to 48 U .S.C. 1469a, under part A of title V of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. This title may be cited as the ‘ ‘Department of Education Appro- priations Act, 2009 ’ ’.
