UNITED STATES EMERGENC Y REFUGEE AND MIGRATION ASSISTANCE FUND For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of section 2 ( c) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 19 6 2, as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601(c)), $ 4 0,000,000, to remain available until expended. INDE P ENDENT AGENCIES PEACE CORPS ( INC L UDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS ) For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of the P eace Corps Act (75 Stat. 612), including the purchase of not to exceed five passenger motor vehicles for administrative purposes for use outside of the United States, $340,000,000 to remain available until September 30, 2010: Provided, That none of the funds appro- priated under this heading shall be used to pay for abortions: Provided further, That the D irector of the Peace Corps may transfer to the Foreign Currency Fluctuations Account, as authorized by 22 U.S.C. 2515, an amount not to exceed $4,000,000: Provided further, That funds transferred pursuant to the previous proviso may not be derived from amounts made available for Peace Corps overseas operations: Provided further, That of the funds appro- priated under this heading, not to exceed $4,000 shall be made available for entertainment expenses: Provided further, That any Notif i ca tio n.Ab o r tion.
