SEC. 364. FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK ACT. (a) REPEAL OF SECTION 18(c).—Ef fective 90 days after the transfer date, section 18(c) of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act (12 U.S.C. 1438(c)) is repealed. (b) REPEAL OF SECTION 21A.—Section 21A of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act (12 U.S.C. 1441a) is repealed. SEC. 365. FEDERAL HOUSING ENTERPRISES FINANCIAL SAFETY AND SOUNDNESS ACT OF 1992. The Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Sound- ness Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 4501 et seq.) is amended— (1) in section 1315(b) (12 U.S.C. 4515(b)), by striking ‘‘the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Office of Thrift Supervision.’’ and inserting ‘‘and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.’’; and (2) in section 1317(c) (12 U.S.C. 4517(c)), by striking ‘‘the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or the Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision’’ and inserting ‘‘or the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’’. 12 USC 1438 note.
