SEC. 368. FLOOD DISASTER PROTECTION ACT OF 1973. Section 3(a)(5) of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 (42 U.S.C. 4003(a)(5)) is amended by striking ‘‘, the Office of Thrift Supervision’’. SEC. 369. HOME OWNERS’ LOAN ACT. The Home Owners’ Loan Act (12 U.S.C. 1461 et seq.) is amended— (1) in section 1 (12 U.S.C. 1461), by striking the table of contents; (2) in section 2 (12 U.S.C. 1462), as amended by this Act— (A) by striking paragraphs (1) and (3); (B) by redesignating paragraph (2) as paragraph (1); (C) by redesignating paragraphs (4) through (9) as paragraphs (2) through (7), respectively; and (D) by adding at the end the following: Definitions.
