SEC. 370. HOUSING ACT OF 1948. Section 502(c) of the Housing Act of 1948 (12 U.S.C. 1701c(c)) is amended— (1) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘and the Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision’’ and inserting ‘‘, the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’’; and (2) in paragraph (3), by striking ‘‘Board’’ and inserting ‘‘Agency’’. SEC. 371. HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1992. Section 543 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 (Public Law 102–550; 106 Stat. 3798) is amended— (1) in subsection (c)(1)— (A) by striking subparagraphs (D) through (F); and 12 USC 1707 note. 12 USC 1468b.
