GENERAL PROVISIONS—THIS CHAPTER SEC. 301. Funds appropriated by this Act, or made available by the transfer of funds in this Act, for intelligence activities are deemed to be specifically authorized by the Congress for purposes of section 504(a)(1) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 414(a)(1)): Provided, That section 8079 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2010 (Public Law 111–118; 123 Stat. 3446) is amended by striking ‘‘fiscal year 2010 until’’ and all that follows and insert ‘‘fiscal year 2010.’’. (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) SEC. 302. Section 8005 of the Department of Defense Appropria- tions Act, 2010 (division A of Public Law 111–118) is amended by striking ‘‘$4,000,000,000’’ and inserting ‘‘$4,500,000,000’’. SEC. 303.
