124 STAT. 2312 PUBLIC LAW 111–212—JULY 29, 2010 (d) SUBMITTAL OF CHARTER AND REPORTS TO ADDITIONAL COMMITTEES OF CONGRESS.—At the same time the Director of National Intelligence submits the charter and procedures referred to in subsection (a), any modification or revision to the charter or procedures under subsection (b), and any report under subsection (c) to the congressional intelligence committees, the Director shall also submit such matter to— (1) the Committees on Armed Services, Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, the Judiciary, and Appropriations of the Senate; and (2) the Committees on Armed Services, Homeland Security, the Judiciary, and Appropriations of the House of Representa- tives. CHAPTER 4 DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE—CIVIL DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS—CIVIL INVESTIGATIONS For an additional amount for ‘‘Investigations’’, $5,400,000: Pro- vided, That funds provided under this heading in this chapter shall be used for studies in States affected by severe storms and flooding: Provided further, That the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works shall provide a monthly report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate detailing the allocation and obligation of these funds, beginning not later than 60 days after enactment of this Act. MISSISSIPPI RIVER AND TRIBUTARIES For an additional amount for ‘‘Mississippi River and Tribu- taries’’ to dredge eligible projects in response to, and repair damages to Federal projects caused by, natural disasters, $18,600,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the Assistant Sec- retary of the Army for Civil Works shall provide a monthly report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representa- tives and the Senate detailing the allocation and obligation of these funds, beginning not later than 60 days after enactment of this Act. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE For an additional amount for ‘‘Operation and Maintenance’’ to dredge navigation projects in response to, and repair damages to Corps projects caused by, natural disasters, $173,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the Secretary of the Army is directed to use $44,000,000 of the amount provided under this heading for nondisaster related emergency repairs to critical infrastructure: Provided further, That the Assistant Sec- retary of the Army for Civil Works shall provide a monthly report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representa- tives and the Senate detailing the allocation and obligation of Deadlines.
