SEC. 807. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO THE EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE. (a) EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE LEVEL II.—Section 5313 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to the Director of Central Intelligence and inserting the following new item: ‘‘Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.’’. (b) EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE LEVEL IV.—Section 5315 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to the General Counsel of the Office of the National Intelligence Director and inserting the following new item: ‘‘General Counsel of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.’’. SEC. 808. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 105 OF THE INTEL- LIGENCE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004. Section 105(b) of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (Public Law 108–177; 117 Stat. 2603; 31 U.S.C. 311 note) is amended— (1) by striking ‘‘Director of Central Intelligence’’ and inserting ‘‘Director of National Intelligence’’; and (2) by inserting ‘‘or in section 313 of such title,’’ after ‘‘subsection (a)),’’. SEC. 809. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 602 OF THE INTEL- LIGENCE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995. Section 602 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (50 U.S.C. 403–2b) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘Director of Central Intelligence’’ and inserting ‘‘Director of National Intelligence’’; and (2) in subsection (b)— (A) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘Director of Central Intelligence’’ and inserting ‘‘Director of National Intel- ligence’’; (B) in paragraph (2)— (i) in subparagraph (A), by striking ‘‘Director of Central Intelligence’’ and inserting ‘‘Director of National Intelligence’’; and (ii) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘Director of Central Intelligence’’ and inserting ‘‘Director of National Intelligence’’; and (C) in paragraph (3), by striking ‘‘Director of Central Intelligence’’ and inserting ‘‘Director of the Central Intel- ligence Agency’’.
