(2) FRUIT AND VEGETABLE GRANTS UNDER THE SPECIAL SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR WOMEN, INFANTS, AND CHILDREN.—Section 17(f)(11) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1786(f)(11)) is amended— (A) by striking subparagraph (C); and (B) by redesignating subparagraph (D) as subpara- graph (C). SEC. 442. USE OF UNSPENT FUTURE FUNDS FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. Section 101(a) of division A of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5; 123 Stat. 120) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by inserting before the period at the end ‘‘, if the value of the benefits and block grants would be greater under that calculation than in the absence of this subsection’’; and (2) by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the following: ‘‘(2) TERMINATION.—The authority provided by this sub- section shall terminate after October 31, 2013.’’. SEC. 443. EQUIPMENT ASSISTANCE TECHNICAL CORRECTION. (a) IN GENERAL.—Notwithstanding any other provision of law, school food authorities that received a grant for equipment assist- ance under the grant program carried out under the heading ‘‘FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICE CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAMS’’ in title I of division A of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5; 123 Stat. 119) shall be eligible to receive a grant under section 749(j) of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010 (Public Law 111–80; 123 Stat. 2134). (b) USE OF GRANT.—A school food authority receiving a grant for equipment assistance described in subsection (a) may use the grant only to make equipment available to schools that did not previously receive equipment from a grant under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5; 123 Stat. 115). SEC. 444. BUDGETARY EFFECTS. The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go-Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled ‘‘Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation’’ for this Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the Senate Budget Com- mittee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage.
