Meetings, by- Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That the said corporation shall have I""- &°‘ power to hold stated meetings ; to establish and put into execution, alter or abolish such by-laws, rules, and regulations as to them shall seem most conducive to the interests of the society: Provided, That the same shall not be contrary to the laws of the United States.
