Be it enacted bg the Senate and fbuse of Representatives of the Mailed Paymentto States of America in Congress assembled, That the provisions of the act of ggpgiiigtapgii Congress approved March three, eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, for the 1857,cii. 158.. relief of Betsy Nash, are hereby extended to her legal representatives, and V¤r xi-p·516· the amount appropriated by said act is hereby directed to be paid to them: Provided, That the sum paid by virtue of this act shall not exceed the amount due said Betsey Nash at the time of her death. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Pension to States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- Mmhe J- Wir terior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of by' Martha J. Willey, widow of George W. Willey, late a corporal in company F, seventh regiment New Hampshire volunteers, on the pension rolls, at the rate of eight dollars per month, said pension to commence on the eighteenth day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, and to continue during her widowhood; and in the event of the marriage or death of said Martha J. Willey, then to the minor children of George W. Willey, subject to the limitations and restrictions of the pension laws. Approved, May 22, 1866. M.), 22, 1866 CHAP. Be it enacted by the Senate and [Ruse of Representatives of the United pension to States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- Iqabélla Sim- rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of b"'g' Isabella Strubing, widow of private Damon Strubing, deceased, late of company E, forty-sixth regiment Pennsylvania volunteers, on the pension roll, and pay or cause to be paid to her the sum of eight dollars per month from the thirtieth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to continue during her widowhood, and in the event of the death or marriage of said Isabella Strubing, to the minor children of Damon Strubing until they shall have attained the age of sixteen years.
