B. Kelley, W` B' K°u°y' late a second lieutenant in oompany F, first regiment Kentucky cavalry volunteers, a pension, at the rate of fifteen dollars per month, from the thirty—6rst day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to March thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, amounting to two hundred and ninety-one dollars and fifty cents. Layman, deceased, late a private in company C of the seventeenth regiment of West Virginia volunteers, and allow and pay to her a pension of eight dollars per month from the death of her husband on the thirteenth day of January, in the year eighteen hundred and sixty- ave, to continue during her widowhood.
