Fitzpatgf Llary Fitzpatrick, widow of James \V. Fitzpatrick, late an acting m ` assistant surgeon United States army, who died at Harwood Hospital on or about May sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, on the pension rolls, at the rate of seventeen dollars per month, commencing at the death of her husband, subject to the provisions of the pension laws. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Smeg; of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pqusiouto Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the {;;'“A‘ H"" pension of Lewis A. Horton, of Newburyport, Massachusetts, who was wounded on board the gunbcat “Rhode Island," from eight dollars to twenty-five dollars per mouth, from the fourth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to the sixth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-six. to be paid out of the naval pension fund. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Ezited Slates of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of P¢¤Si<>¤ to the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the Mary B'F°wl" name of Mary B. Fowler, of Cleveland, Ohio, on the pension rolls, at the rate of eight dollars per month, subject to the provisions of the law relative to dependent mothers of deceased soldiers.
