Penalty for Any manufacturer of tobacco who shall neglect to print on or afiix such

And be ttfurther enacted, That any mzmuf°acturer of tobacco if; or snuff who shall remove otherwise than as provided by law, or sell any 0,,,, gm ’ tobacco or snuff without the proper stamps denoting the tax thereon, or without having paid the special tax, or given bond as required by law, or for making who shall make false or frautlulent entries of manufactures or sales of to {**1** °“'~"l°°i baceo or snuf}, or who shall make false or fraudulent entries of the pin-- chase or sales of leaf' tobacco, tobacco stems, or other material, or who for mixing shall allix any false, forged, fraudulent, spurious, or counterfeit stamp, or {M0 ¤¤¤¤PS· imitation of any stamp required by this act, to any box or package com taining any tobacco or snuff, shall, in addition to the penalties elsewhere provitlctl in this act. for such oflenees, forfeit to the United States all the raw material and rnanufiictured or partly inanulaetured tobacco and snuff, and all machinery, tools, implements, apparatus, fixtures, boxes and barrels, and all other materials which shall be found in the possession of such person, in the nianuihctory of such person, or elsewhere.
