Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Pension to States of America in Congress assembkd, That the Secretary of the Ing? R' WH` terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Orson R. Cram, widow of Jacob Cram, late a captain in the "l?utnam Guards," a_oavalry company of Ohio militia, who was killed in an engagement with the forces under John Morgan, in the attempt of the latter to cross the Ohio river at Builington’s island ; and to pay heropd pension from and after the passage of this act, during her wi owh . Be it enacted bg the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Psusm to States of America in Congress assembled, That the pension heretofore Mm l::·283 granted to Seth Lea, by virtue of an act of Congress entitled "An act VOL gv_ ,,0,, or the relief of Seth Lea," approved July twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-sight, be, and the same is hereby, revived and continued to Maria Lea, his widow, at the rate of fiftéen dollars per month, to commence from and after the passage of this act, and to continue during her widowhood.
