Hiles §‘°"* °j’“I'}?f *° the sum of one hundred dollars, being extra bounty due him as provided by the act of July twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, he having served the term of three years and four days as a. private in the third Missouri cavalry, and been honorably discharged therefrom. Be it enacted ky the Smale and Hzuse ry Representatives of the United States of America in Oongress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- Pension to rio;- be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension g;‘§°Y S' L°d' roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy S. Ledford, widow of Christopher M. Lcdford, late a private in company F, second North Carolina mounted infantry, and pay her a pension at the ram of eight dollars per month, commencing from the passage of this act, with such further allowance as is provided by law for her children under sixteen years of age; and in the event of the death or remarringe of said widow, the pension hereby granted her shall continue to her children under sixteen years of age by her said husband, until they severally attain that age.
