Anrrcnn I. The American exchange offices of New York and Boston Exchange omshall each despatch a mail for the Belgian exchange offices of Antwerp, °§S“”iL_d°‘P““°h of Ostend (local), and of Ostend (travelling). ° ma The Belgian exchange offices of Antwerp, of Ostend (local), and of Ostend (travelling), shall each despatch a mail to the American exchange otiices of New York and Boston. Table A., hereto annexed, indicates the correspondence to be distributed Post, p. 980. to each exchange office. ARTICLE II. Each mail exchanged between the respective offices LM., bm, M shall be accompanied by a letter bill, showing the postages and thelnccpmpany each charges of transit, the fees, etc., accruing to each office upon the different mm1' kinds of correspondence. The form of this letter bill shall follow the models B 1° and B 2°, P°’hPP· 982. hereto annexed, and shall be consecutively numbered by the despatching 9% office during each calendar year. The receiving office shall ackndwledge its receipt by the next despatch. ARTICLE Ill. The exchange offices shall divide the correspondence separatepacb which they despatch into a suitable number of separate packages, accord- ¤S°¤» Kwing to the letter bill. Each of these packages shall bear the proper etiquette, and numbers corresponding to the letter bill. Anrrcnn IV.
