Daugherty Much 3, 1873, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- Pension tu rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension C°¤'d°li¤ C- mll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the D°¤ghmy' name of Cordelia C. Dougherty, widow of Charles Dougherty, late a private in company “I,” second regiment of Maine volunteers, and also late a private in company “D," thirteenth regiment of Maine volunteers, together with the children of said Charles and Cordelia C. Dougherty who are under sixteen years of age, to take effect from the passage of this act. APPROVED, March 3, 1873. CIIAP. CDIV. —An Act gmmling a Pensabn to Nancy Goddard. Much 3, 1873. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- Pension m rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to plaoe upon the pen- N¤¤¤Y G¤dd¤¤‘d· sion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy Goddard, widow of Thomas W. Goddard, late a private in company B, second regiment East Tennessee volunteers, to take effect from the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1873. CHAP. CDV. — An Act granting Increase of Pension to Robert S. Dumont. March 3, 1873. Be it emwtcd by the Senate and Abuse of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- Pension to rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension R°b°** $· D¤‘ roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the m°m' name of Robert S. Dumont, late admirafs secretary, at the rate of twenty- five dollars per month from the passage of this act, the pension certificate now held by said Dumont to be given up, surrendered and cancelled from and after the time this act shall take effect; and that all money expended by virtue of this act shall be paid from the naval pension fund.
