And every erson who works in an distillery, rectifvin establishment, or wholesale liquor—store, on which, no sign is lacediand kept, as hereinbefore provided; and every person who knowin receives at, carries or conveys any distilled spirits to or from, any such distillery, rectifying establishment, warehouse, or store, or who knowingl carries and delivers any grain, molasses, or other raw material to any distillery on which such sign is not placed and kept, shall forfeit all horses, carts, dravs, wagons, or other ve icle or animal used in carrying or conveyin such property aforesaid, and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, or be imprisoned not less than one month nor more than six months.
