Every person who violates any provision of this section shall be ned for each offense not less than five hundred dollars nor more than five thousand dollars, and be imfrisoned not less than six months nor more than two years: Provide flerther, That nothing in this section shall be construed be apply to fermented liquors, or to fermented liquids used for the manufacture of vinegar exclusively.
