United States of America, and by His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of Hesse and by Rhine, etc. The ratilication of the iirst is to take efect by and with the advice and consent of the Senate of the United States; on the Grand Dncal Hessian side, the assent of the States of the Grand Duchy is reserved, in so far as it is required by the constitution.
