Northup, widow of First Lieutenant Edward B. Northup, late of the Seventeenth United States-Infantry, and pay her a pension of seventeen dollars per month, commencing March fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy-three, during her widowhood. _ Approved, May 21, 1874.
