Sanders late past assistant paymaster of the United States Navy, who was lost on said vessel with all his accounts, and vouchers for expenditures, and payments made by him, and with all the money, stores, and supplies procured for the said vessel, any sum shall be found due from him, the proper accounting officers of the Treasury are hereby authorized and required to allow him a credit therefor.
