June 15, 1878, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Sams A_B,,u_ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Pension to. pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Mrs. Sarah A. Bell, widow of William Bell, of Dundee, Michigan, late private of the Seventh Regiment of Michigan Volunteers, and carry into eifeet the provisions of existing laws in favor of the minor children. Lebow, of Lawrence County, Missouri, widow of John H. Lebow, late private in Company C, Seventy-sixth Regiment Enrolled Missouri Militia, in the war of eighteen hundred and sixty- one, and died in the service October third, eighteen hundred and sixty- two.
