Craft °°““‘°“*°· the sum of five thousand dollars in gold coin of the United States, in lieu of certilicate of deposit numbered twenty-tive thousand three hundred and seventyeiglit, issued under act of Congress approved March third, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, by the Assistant Treasurer of the United States at New York, on the fourteenth day of November eighteen hundred and sixty-six, lor the sum of five thousand dollars, pay- able in the gold coin of the United States, to the order of E. H. Birdsall, and by the said E. H. Birdsall indorsed, payable to the order of B1u·r S.
